Facial Rejuvenation (Gua Sha)

This amazing course teaches students specialised Gua Sha techniques to stimulate blood flow and production of natural collagen. This nourishes the facial muscles, restores tone and elasticity to the skin and decrease the appearance of wrinkles and sagging skin. All of these factors can accelerate cellular repair and can tone up the muscles below the skin returning the face to a healthier, revitalised youthful appearance.

Gua Sha uses small therapeutic implements to gently massage and stimulate certain acupressure points along the face and neck to promote Qi (energy) flow and remove toxins. Beauty benefits of Gua Sha include reducing wrinkles, sagging, dark circles under the eyes, puffy eyes, age spots, discolorations and an overall dull complexion. 

The course is structured with step-by-step instructions and demonstrations, followed by hands on practise of the Gua Sha techniques.

Payment Plan: £65 deposit to secure a place then remaining £70 to be paid on course commencement
